Release of Liability

By booking a tee time, lesson or party I acknowledge that I have carefully read this "Release of Liability" and understand that it is a release of liability. I, on behalf of myself and all individuals participating in these activities, expressly agree to release and discharge Club Twirl LLC (located at 4161 W Thunderbird Rd, Phoenix, Arizona 85053) and all of its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, from any physical or psychological injury that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the activities, and of all claims or cause of action. I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring a legal action against Club Twirl LLC for personal injury or property damage. This waiver and release of liability shall remain in effect for the duration of my participation in the activity, during this initial and all subsequent events of participation.
