Liability Liability & Assumption of Risk

By participating in the Weekly or Biweekly Lesson Program or any teaching based service at Club Twirl, all members acknowledge and accept that golf instruction and simulator-based training involve physical activity and inherent risk.

• Players voluntarily assume all risk of injury, including but not limited to slips, falls, strains, or other physical harm that may occur during lessons, practice, or time spent on the premises.
• Club Twirl, its owners, employees, contractors, and instructors are not liable for any injury, accident, or health-related issue that may occur on-site or during participation in any lesson or activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Players are responsible for their own safety, physical condition, and any medical concerns that may affect participation.
• By enrolling in the program, members agree to release and hold harmless Club Twirl from any and all claims arising from participation in lessons or use of facilities.
