Club Twirl Shipping Policy

At Club Twirl, we work with both Club Twirl–fulfilled products and trusted vendor partners. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product you purchase.

Club Twirl-Fulfilled Products

Products that are stocked and fulfilled directly by Club Twirl are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

Vendor-Fulfilled Products

Some Club Twirl products are fulfilled directly by our vendors. These products are typically shipped within 3 business days, although processing times may vary depending on the vendor and product availability.

If an item is subject to a longer processing time, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delays.

Shipping Times

Shipping times begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method, destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Club Twirl’s control.

Please note that processing time is separate from transit time. For example, an order that ships within 2 business days may require additional time to arrive depending on the shipping method selected.

Orders Containing Multiple Products

If your order contains products fulfilled by different locations or vendors, your items may arrive in separate shipments and may have different tracking numbers.

Delays

While we do our best to ship orders within the stated processing times, occasional delays may occur due to vendor availability, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Club Twirl is not responsible for delays caused by customs or the import process.
